Participants requiring a visa should apply immediately to the consular office or embassy in their country in order to avoid inconvenience. Please note that the visa application procedure can take some weeks. The Program Director can assist the attendees by processing official invitations upon request after registering for the conference. The deadline for requesting a Letter of Invitation is one month before traveling to Istanbul, Turkey via. e-mail to email@example.com
